WHEN WILL MY ORDER(S) BE SHIPPED?

For stocked items, they will be shipped on the day the order is place. For hand crafted or custom printed items, they will commence production the day the order is placed and then be shipped upon completion.

Hand made,  custom or in house printed items takes between 2-5 days for production depending on demand, complexity and in which production facility it was made. We currently have production facilities in the USA and in Asia. We also do our own quality control to ensure that every product reaches you at the best quality possible.

If you have multiple items in your order, we sometimes ship them separately so you can get them as fast as possible (stocked items versus hand crafted/custom printed). We will send separate tracking numbers to your email if we need to do this. 

Orders do not ship on weekends or on these US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Orders shipped via USPS will not ship on holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

After an order leaves our warehouse, there are several factors that can affect shipping times and some are unfortunately out of our control.

We, along with every other major retailer in America, produce or obtain some of our products from Asia. This is to help keep our costs to a minimum and we in turn pass on the savings to our customers.

As we have production facilities both in the USA and in Asia, delivery times can vary:

 

Domestic (USA):

If your order is coming directly from our USA Facility, we use UPS mail and deliveries will take 3 - 10 business days to arrive at your door (Tracking number will be provided).

UPS does not count the day it receives shipping information as a business day, so for example, you can expect a UPS Next Day shipment to arrive 3 business days after the order was placed. Orders shipped via UPS will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays.

When shipping to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address, your order will be delivered by the US Postal Service. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

If your order is coming directly from our Asia Facility, we either use:

a) International Express Mail Service (EMS) which will take 10-25 days if not delayed by customs (Tracking number will be provided).

or

b) DHL courier services which will take 4-7 business days. There will usually be a higher shipping fee for this method of delivery and it will be stated on the product page (Tracking number will be provided).

 

Worldwide:

For these countries:

Australia, Canada, France, United Kingdom, Israel, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Switzerland, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea (South), Luxembourg, Mexico, Myanmar, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Sweden, Singapore, Turkey, Ukraine.

If your order is coming from our USA Facility, we use International Priority Airmail (IPA) by Asendia USA. Average deliveries will take 9-13 business days to arrive at your door (Tracking number will be provided).

If your order is coming from our Asia Facility, we either use:

a) International Express Mail Service (EMS) which will take 10-25 days if not delayed by customs (Tracking number will be provided).

or

b) DHL courier services which will take 4-7 business days. There will usually be a higher shipping fee for this method of delivery and it will be stated on the product page (Tracking number will be provided).

All other countries not listed:

It will take 14-28 days, unless delayed in customs. No tracking information is available for these countries.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will automatically be given the tracking information associated with your order by the email you provided during checkout. Please therefore ensure that your email provided is spelled correctly.

If you didn’t receive or cannot find your tracking information email, please first check your email spam folder and then notify us if you still cannot find it. We will then send you your tracking number directly.

There are 2 ways to track your order:

1) Click here to our order tracking page where you can enter your order number and email address and it will give you the tracking information. 

2) If you already have your tracking number, you can click here to check the status of your order.

3) For express shipping tracking by DHL, click here.

*** Note it can take up to 14 days to get tracking data depending on where the order is coming from and going to. 

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, but you have to contact us within 12 hours as we process them very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery time to your door. Once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel the order. Please also check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us and let us know asap.

 

MY ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED. CAN I HAVE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGED?

Unfortunately not. Once the shipment is already on the way to you, it cannot be changed by USPS. 

 

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If your item(s) arrive damaged, incorrect or missing, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Note: If you have multiple items in your order, we sometimes ship them separately so you can get them as fast as possible (some items may be custom made or handcrafted and some are stocked). We will send the tracking numbers to your email if we need to do this.

IS THERE A CUSTOMS FEE FOR MY ORDER?

If you are ordering from any other countries outside of the United States, there may be additional customs fees payable to the government of the destination country. The shipping fees that you have paid for your order do not include these custom fees. Please contact your local customs office/website if you are unsure of your country's policies regarding this.
