WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most of our items are however hand printed and will be shipped out about 3 - 5 business days from the order date. Faster processing options can also be purchased to put your order at the top of the queue. We proudly print all our items locally in Virginia, USA.

Orders do not ship on weekends or on these US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Orders shipped via USPS will not ship on holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc. 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

After an order leaves our facility, there are several factors that can affect shipping times and some are unfortunately out of our control.

Most orders however will take around 3 - 5 business days to arrive at your door after it is shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email.

We currently only ship within the United States. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will automatically be given the tracking information associated with your order by the email you provided during checkout. Please therefore ensure that your email provided is spelled correctly.

If you didn’t receive or cannot find your tracking information email, please first check your email spam folder and then notify us if you still cannot find it. We will then send you your tracking number again by email.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, but you have to contact us within 12 hours as we process them very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery time to your door. Once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel the order. Please also check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us and let us know asap. 

MY ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED. CAN I HAVE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGED?

Unfortunately not. Once the shipment is already on the way to you, it cannot be changed by USPS. 

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If your item(s) arrive damaged, incorrect or missing, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Note: If you have multiple items in your order, we sometimes ship them separately so you can get them as fast as possible (some items may be custom made or handcrafted and some are stocked). We will send the tracking numbers to your email if we need to do this.
